Alan joined Lang Financial Group in September 1994, after enjoying 30 years in the family retail jewelry business. Upon his arrival at LFG, Alan became the “go to man” for individual planning and health insurance.

Alan has maintained his individual insurance business and now focuses on the group market where he uses his 30 years of business experience of having sat on “the employer side of the table.” Alan says his challenge is “helping employers choose employee benefit programs that are affordable and easily administered by the employer; while at the same time are affordable, valued and appreciated by the employee. ”

Working in the group market gives Alan a built in referral system that allows him to meet with the owners on an individual basis and help them with their own personal planning. Alan makes sure that what has taken a client a lifetime to accumulate is protected against death, disability or catastrophic illness.
