Benefit Plan Implementation
Once the optimal benefit plan package has been customized and designed,
it must be put into place and communicated to your employees. Your
workforce must understand their options under the plan, and recognize
your commitment to them by helping them prepare for whatever life
brings.
LFG will hold informational and enrollment meetings to explain
the benefit package, review the options available under the plan,
and
to enroll your employees. We will design and customize a benefit
booklet for you, and will conduct training of selected employees to
help fellow
co workers understand the program.
After enrollment, LFG is also available
to help with claims and benefit questions. We will conduct informal
meetings to address questions
and concerns. We also initiate the renewal process and analyze the
