Qualified Retirement Plans
A qualified retirement plan is a valuable benefit for both the employer
and employee. Plan design options have greatly increased over the
years and these changes reflect our government’s desire to encourage
people to save. Qualified plans have evolved and are easier and more
cost efficient to administer.
There are a number of retirement plan
options from SIMPLE IRA, 401(k), SEP IRA to traditional pension
plans, to name just a few. Which plan
is appropriate for your company? There are many factors involved
in selecting the plan type and we start with an in-depth analysis
of
your workforce, company’s profitability, contributions and
acceptable level of administration.
Once a plan is selected, we
will coordinate all the efforts necessary
to get the plan up and running. This includes all the required
documentation, investment selection, record keeping, administration
and enrollment.

education translates into better plan participation, and we will
help explain the benefits, contribution and investment elections and
beneficiary
designation. In addition, we will conduct open enrollment meetings
and offer to meet with each employee individually to help them in
